Remove the yolk from the white and strain it through a fine cloth to feed fry. That said, it's not a recommended food for babies guppies as it dissolves so fine in the water. This is generally a first food recommended for some egg laying species.

For babies guppies or other live bearers I would recommend finely crushed flake food and baby brine shrimp. The baby brine is available frozen at most pet shops.

Fry need to feed right after birth. It would be better to keep the fry in a small tank as they may not know how to find food, and waste valuable energy if the search for food gets arduous, The food particles must be small enough to fit into their mouths, or they will go to waste and pollute the tank. Baby brine shrimp, cooked egg yolk and microworms are suitable foods for fry.

You remove the white and pinch of some of the yolk. It dissolves almost completely when it gets wet so you have to put it in the tank and not kinda set it on the surface.
