The meaning of life is personal for every individual. For one person, it may mean finding God or Allah or whomever that higher power is to that person. To some, it may be a journey of experience. Some may say that we are here to help others. Say you are a person with a okay job, it pays you 3K a month and you have a nice family and an okay home.

All of a sudden their is a fire in your area due to the hot summer season, dry brush and high winds. Your house is the only house on your block that goes up in flames. Some would ask "Why did this happen to me?"

Some people would tell you that it happened to you so that you can help others down the road. May be someone you will meet in the future will go through the same thing?

Others religious people will tell you that it happened so that you can be an example for God to others.

The meaning of life is a very complex subject and it is different for everyone. Most Christians will tell you that finding Jesus Christ as Saviour is the meaning of life since according to the Bible, Jesus IS the Way, the Truth and the Life. But go to a Muslim and they will tell you something different. Go to China you will find many people with Buddhas in their home.

Some people do the nature thing. I am not sure what it is called, but it relates to Charka's. It is the balance in your entire body. I think we all have 7 Charka's.

An excellect book to read (even though it is geared toward women) is " Secrets about Life Every Woman should Know."
by Barbara De Angelis PhD. About 6 dollars new.

I hope you find the meaning of life for you and once you find it, I hope you DO it and LIVE it to the fullest!

It depends on whether one approaches the meaning from a scientific, philosophical or theological perspective. There is also a question about what "meaning" means. For a good discussion of this point, See W. J. Clinton in the Journal of Ludicrous Semantics 80 (1992): 1-12.

First of all do not take life too seriously,it is an illusion in a way,it is what happens while you are making other plans. You must treat the days respectfully, live all you can,be not afraid of life, there is no cure for birth or death, live by desire to love and live.

That depends on what kind of life you're talking about. I believe the meaning of plant and animal life is solely to support human life. The purpose of human life is to develop our minds and personalities so we will be a fully-formed cognizant entity in the afterlife.

The purpose of the afterlife, which is the other half of human existence, is not yet clear. We won't really figure that out until we get there.

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.

I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.

You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.

The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -
