this is new to me, at least by that name... and I have been an astrologer for 23 years... can you describe it better?

Okay. It would be helpful to know why you were asking this question, or what your level of astrological knowledge was. So, without knowing that, I will try to answer your question as best I can. The midheaven, or 10th house in a chart is noon. To the right of that, obviously, is clockwise. In a natal chart, progressed planets run clockwise. And by that I mean, say for example, your sun is in the 9th house in Scorpio. By progression, those planets will move into the seventh house, depending on your age. So they will be moving clockwise. Transits, however, move anti clockwise, or counter clockwise. And by that I mean, say your have Aries rsing. Next month venus moves into taurus. So venus will move into your second house. The next month, Venus moves into Gemini, so it moves into your third house. It is moving anti, or counter clockwise.
