- 9/21 - 28/21 = -37/21

This is not college level and it is not even algebra.
I did this when I was 12.

-3/7 - 4/3 = -9/21 - 28/21 = -37/21 = - 1 16/21

(-3/7)*(3/3) - (4/3)(7/7)

-9/21 - 28/21

-37/21

-3*3/7*7-4*7/3*7
-9/21-28/21
