I think Shakira is way sexier. J.Lo was way too overexposed a few years ago, and during that time you got to see how annoying her personality really is (during interviews, etc.).
Shakira is also a way better singer. Keep in mind, Shakira's been a singer since her teen years. J. Lo decided to record an album just for the hell of it, and has NEVER TOURED! (which I think is ridiculous)
J.Lo may make more money because she has several endeavors, not just music, but movies, clothing, etc.

Those two can not be compared to each other they each have they own thing that makes them unique. Both are sexy, both can sing, but i think JLO makes the more money.
