No matter what kind of bra I get my boobs always come out of my bra, when I lean too far forward. I decided to get measured and went round all the bra-fitting places in my home town. I ranged from 32DD to 34E. So I decided to go for the average of 34D. But still this happens!

Please help!!

So anyone over a C has implants? I don't think so!! I don't have implants, nor would I ever get them, but that's just my personal choice. I guess I should maybe try a bigger size, but the average was 34D. I just can't be bothered trying every bra on, before I buy but perhaps that's the answer!

To sum everything up, because from the sounds of it, most of the responses do not understand what is called a "sister size. You really did not pick the average because a 34D is equal to a 32DD.

Sister Size: you take you band size and increase it or decrease it by two. If you increase, you drop down one cup size. If you decrease you increase one cup size. If you are a 32 D the equal size is a 34C. If you are a 34C the equal size is a 32D. However if you are fitted at a 32DD, you can not wear a 36C because you can only make the step up or down once. No more.

You could get fitted at Victorias Secret, however you won't be able to find many bras that you can try on in the store. By way of bra style, you want to avoid Demi's. If you are wearing Demi's (where the bra strap is off to the side by the arm pit rather than above the nipple), you have a better chance of falling out because they will not be as supportive as a full coverage bra. Frederick's of Hollywood has a wide variety of larger size bras that are still fashionable.

To sum this up: 34D is not the average, it is an equal size to 32DD (by way of sister size). Avoid Demi's

Boobs Fall Out

hmmm... this is a quandary. I have never had this happen to me, but I was having problems with bras fitting correctly. Have you gone to Victoria's secret? I started going there a few years ago. At the department stores I would always have to spend hours trying on bras because the sizes were never the same. At VS I just have one size, try it on just in case, always fits perfectly, and out the door I go. I think they might only carry up to DD though... But next time you are in a mall you should stop by. They do fittings and really do know what they are talking about. It's the only kind of bra I buy.

Ok, if you need a DD or an E you cant buy a D; this is the cup size and it is smaller than a DD. The 34 is the measurment around your chest and has nothing to do with the size of the cup. Get a 34 E and you wont fall out. Better yet, how about trying on the bra BEFORE you buy it???

D is smaller than DD or E. You won't believe how much more comfortable it is to wear a nicely-fitting bra. So go back to the store and try on the size they suggest. I used to be a 40G and never had a good fitting bra until I discovered them on the internet. I had reduction surgery and now I'm 36C (also with weight loss). It's so nice to not have to spend $50 when I want a bra that fits. Now, I can grab one off the rack at Wal Mart for $5.
Anyway, just buy a bra that actually FITS, okay?

DD and E are the same size, so the mesurements you got are actually almost the same- about a 32-34DD or 32-34E (different brands use different sizes- most American companies use DD and DDD, and some European (mostly French, I think) use E and F instead). If your breasts are DD-sized and you're putting them in D-sized bras, that's why they're falling out. Go for a DD cup, and you might also want to try bra styles that are cut higher in the front/full coverage, (like these: http://www2.victoriassecret.com/commerce/application/prodDisplay/?namespace=productDisplay&origin=onlineProductDisplay.jsp&event=display&prnbr=ZN-163743&page=1&cgname=OSBRPFULZZZ&rfnbr=1167

Try them on until you find one or two styles that you like and that fit you well, then just stick with those! (That's what I did- I'm a 38-42 D (or DD in this one brand I like) and it's worked really well for me.)

If you ranged from 32DD and 34E then 34D is probably too small. The number represents the measurement around your body, the letter represents how big your actual boobs are. If you are a DD then you might want to get a 34DD. I know that its probably hard to find a 34E (cuz its a man's world and women can never find clothes that fit them right) so you might want to try the 34DD.

Lane Bryant make bra's that are made for women with big boobs. Some stores you will wear bigger sizes and others you will smaller sizes.
