Team spirit. Yes, the main reason behind the success of Australian cricket team is the team spirit which lacks in India and other teams. Also the Aussies makes use of latest techniques in cricket which is not used in any other country.
However, it is not always that Aussies will taste the victory.
We can have similar expect from Sri lanka, New zealand and south Africa.
