I have a domain that I registered with 1&1.com, I have made my website and I am selling stuff as an affiliate. I have been advertising and so on, but alot of the applications ask for my company name. I know nothing of internet business laws, etc. When they ask for my company name and it is required am I suppose to put the name of my website? Please let me know!
my website is cheap games 4 all dot com. I am still not finished with it but I am working on it slowly.

I should think not, as one of my clients had a different company name, but couldn't buy a website by that name, because somebody had already taken that *website* name, and nobody griped. No one can afford to buy each and every website name taken by the same company name... Company names are not necessarily international, website names *are*.

No, they want the name of your company.

Since you already have the domain, you might as well name your company the same as the domain.
