I just got my lip pierced on monday, how soon can I change the ring?

You have to wait until it is completely healed. It takes (at least) 3-4 months. Also, DO NOT rinse with mouth wash, or even 1/2 mouth wash & 1/2 water. Instead, make a rinse with sea salt and warm water, it will heal much better.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT OUT NOW.
or else you will scar badly

u can`t change out your jewelry until your piercing has healed, so that`s gonna be at least 6-8 weeks, maybe longer, because each individual heals differently...

6 weeks at the earliest, but after 2 weeks, if the ring bothers you, you can go to your piercer, and he'll put in a different one for you!

Your piercer should've told you that. Call the shop where you had it done (or any shop that does it) and ask.
