If so, how often do you still wash dishes by hand?

The only things I wash by hand are the ones that aren't safe for dishwashers. That's NOT a lot of them, but some. My good china and Chrystal will never be put in the dishwasher, but that's only 2 or 3 times a year.

I've only lived in one place that didn't have a dishwasher and that's because the place was really old. I hand wash something practically everyday, like my corian cutting board and my knives. Other than those items, I try to get everything in the dishwasher because I absolutely hate washing dishes by hand.

Yes, but I wash some dishes by hand everyday. Pots/skillets, other items that don't fit well in the dishwasher.

Yes, and we rarley wash by hand.... well, the knives can be washed in a dish washer but, I highly recomend that it's done hand washed.... To prevent stains on silverware and rust on knives.Especially expensive sets... The lady who works at my house usually doe sforks, sppons , and knives about 3 times a week and rotates beteween using the dish washer and hand washing..

Yup - I'll NEVER live without one. I HATE washing dishes. I don't wash by hand...I leave the stuff that isn't dishwasher safe in the sink and my husband will do it cause he knows I hate it so much that if he doesn't do it, they'll sit there indefinately!

I have a dishwasher, and most the time i wash by hand, unless I let it pile up.. then I just load and use the dishwasher..

I have one, but I really never use it. It just doesn't cleans dishes as well. Maybe it's too old?.
I don't like doing the dishes, but I'm used to it, part of the learning in the center in which I study culinary arts, is doing the dishes...at least the 1st year.

Yes but i use mine as a dish rack to dry my dishes so i wash my dishes by hand all the time.lol

I do both... I rinse my dishes so well that they're practically clean when they go into the dishwasher and I hand was all my pots and pans.
