No problem you need not bother about him or this marriage as you are not at all legally married under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 which applies only to Hindus including Sikhs, Jains & Buddhist. This Act clearly provides that it shall not apply to Christians, Jews, and Muslims & Parsis; hence any marriage you preformed under this Act according to Arya Samaj (Hindu) form is Absolutely Void. As this marriage is covered under the category of void ab nito you need not even apply for its annulment under section 11. You are absolutely free to live & get married to again as an unmarried person. Write to me for any doubts directly on vijay_mahajan5758@yahoo.co.in .

You say you got married in Arya Samaj way. Even then there must be some certificate of marriage or recordings must exist. Secondly i request you to think of all these things in a calm mind and not in an agitated mood. When you really think that there is no other way and divorce is the only solution, then make efforts in that direction. Generally, Interreligious marriages in India are a bit tiresome, i noticed. This is because after the honeymooning period is over the real person emerges in all. In a marriage such as yours the main irritant points are the religious beliefs and practices, especially if one tries to dominate the other and compels him/her to follow suit. Before a marriage one attempts to show only the best side of him/her. When once the hidden side of a person comes out and if it is unpalatable to his/her partner, problems emerge. Try to sit and have a candit discussion with him, before jumping to any conclusions. Best Wishes for a happy future.

I am not really sure whether an Arya Samaj marriage constitutes a legal union between a man and a woman, as per Indian marriage laws. Please check up the legal provisions in this regard first and foremost. If such a marriage is illegal as per Indian marriage laws, then your marriage is null and void i.e. you aren't married at all. If such a marriage is considered legal as per Indian marriage marriage laws, you have to apply for a legal divorce in a court of law. So you must consult a reputed lawyer (specialising in divorce cases) in this regard.

If you have loved him truly then cast and other things should not bother you, The caste and creeds are created by society and humans, when you were born did you think or set this. Yes, he told you a lie i can understand you are angry about it, but that only could not be the reason for separation. May be you did not truly love him or what you dreamt about love did not turn into reality, So your mind is searching for a reason. if you try to sit back and think in retrospection you will realise that this is not the actual reason for your separation. why cant you think otherwise he might not want to loose you so he must have lied you. Is your blood different from his or in what way as a human do you feel so much.

As long as you are an Indian its simple - go to any Police Station and file a Dowery harassment case and a Domestic Violence Case....he will be on your foot then you demand for divorce and a huge amount to take care of you for the rest of your life.....its a free of cost service by the stupid Govt of India, Judicial and Law'n Order Machineries backed by 'n' number of womens organisations where all would take a cut off your money!! And as per them, they only side women.

Madam,
Dont do anything now, just relax for sometime. Your Qn. indicates you are disturbed.
Wait. Think leisurely, how this wedding happened in first place.
What made to break? Is any chance of coalition!
Marriage cannot be dismantled so easily. It is a great university.
If you didn't succeed in one semester, try to clear in the second one.

Belonging to different religions is definitely a big obstacle. Plus, the fact that he cheated on you makes it much worse. Aren't you putting yourself in such a difficult situation here. Think about it.
