I disabled My onboard vga now i wanna enable it but there is no display /how do i enable it

Take out the battery on the motherboard and then put it back in and see if the vga output is back. Otherwise, read the manual or Google the model of the mother board, searth for terms like "restore to manufacturing/default condition" for that model of the mother board.

That should get your displays back for you to proceed with further configurations.
