Homie wasn't wearing a seat belt when he died. Hey, who needs one when you're speeding on the freeway at night while drunk, stoned, and talking on the phone?

i dont understand how ppl think of his death as a tradegy. we are educated ever since junior high about not doing what he did. just because there wasn't any victims except himself, he's not guilty for being behind the wheel faded? if it was some regular guy like myself, ppl would prolly say that i deserved it, but since he was somewhat of a baseball player, we should honor him? honor him for killing himself because he wasn't responsible enough to call a cab or have a friend drive? i'm suprised there hasn't been any protests from MADD. if he lived and killed someone else, he would be the most hated guy in the world. what ignorance ppl have. i guess this falls into the same stupid category as getting charged w/ 1st degree murder and attempted murder. u can point a gun and shoot someone and if u kill them, ur charged 1st degree & get 25 to life, but w/ the same intention, u shoot and ur too stupid to shoot straight & end up just injuring the person, than ur charged attempted murder and get 2 yrs.

I can judge him. In fact - we all can. Guess what - I have never gotten behind the wheel drunk and stoned. So guess what - that does make me better than him.
I can only thank God that this jerk died without killing anyone else! What he did was put everyone he encountered that night in risk of being killed too. He is the guy the cops warn you about.
Josh Hancock died because he was drunk and stoned. I feel no sympathy for him.

I think you'd be surprised at what a lot of these guys do out of the public eye. Or maybe not. I know a few ball players, and I recall being at one's house one night before a few of us hit the clubs (limo, so that way no drunk driving)...I could not believe how much weed this guy had (and I'm not a fan of that stuff either)...especially with all this testing for everything under the sun they supposedly do these days.

Maybe, maybe not (too bright). BUT we as a society allow and encourage drunken driving because the penalties are so lenient. If we were serious about stopping it, we would pass laws that imposed really serious punishment, but we are not, and we continue to condone it.

Chow!!

It wasn't too bright, but do other people do it and get away with it though? Absolutely.

Are you good enough to judge him or anyone else? No.

Have some respect.
