how do i do my own pedicure as well as facials.?

i want to know the things to use in a home made pedicure as well as doing my own facials with natural and home made items in my area, remember am from West Africa.

For facials, look up homemade recipes using pretty much any search engine.

For pedicures you need nail polish, q-tips, and nail polish remover. I usually polish the nails to the best of my ability, then use the q-tip and nail polish remover to remove the mistakes :-) If you can't find q-tips you can probaby use tissue, but wipe it off right away before the color stains your skin. If you want the whole process with lotions, etc. then I would get a kit from the store. With those products, a little goes a long way.

hi disstressed i really dont know your area but if there's a clicks near by there is definately a home facial mask and kit on how to do it yourself. i really dont think its expesive( am not implying that your not privilaged or that your spoiled ) just stating. oh and the pedicure buy a manicure-pedicure set which is also found at clicks even discom.
