Cranberry juice will only help, not cure an infection. The infection is too serious to not be medically treated. You need to see a doctor today. This could be more than a UTI, it very well could be infecting your kidneys. If not already, it will if not properly treated. Blood from any where is a bad sign, shows sign of damage to internal tissues. Call your Doc, if you cant get in today, head to the nearest ER. Emergency rooms aren't fun, but not treating this could be very dangerous. Your kidneys filter out things that your body needs to expel. If this is compromised, you could get really really sick!!! Please just go to doc or ER. Fast.

If it's that severe, I'd say NO.
Cranberry is most effective at PREVENTING an infection or helping in early stages b/c it prevents the bacteria from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract.
If it's not severe, you could treat with natural means - but IMO, I'd say at this point go to a doctor. Next time, start getting lots of cranberry, raw garlic, and water into yourself a lot sooner!

you need to go to the doctor, you could have a uti (urinary track infection) and if you let it get worse it can turn into a kidney infection which is much more painful. i would go to the doctor immediately. they will give you medicine and tell you to drink cranberry juice. cranberry juice alone will not fix this problem.

Although I don't fully understand your question, I understand that you don't think that you have a UTI. A UTI and bladder infection are caused by the same bacteria and are essentially the same thing (just do you know). Have you ever heard of cystitis? It is an inflammation of the vaginal canal and surrounding tissues which feels much like a bladder infection or UTI. Does this occur a few days after having intercourse? If so you may have what is called "honeymoon cystitis". It doesn't mean that you aren't "clean" it just means that your vagina is irritated from intercourse and from bacteria that may come from your partners genitals.

peeing blood is just a symptom of something. you might have internal bleeding due to trauma ( ex. fall, motorbike/car accident, hit by a blunt objects) or myoma. if it is, then cranberry juice won't help.
if you are referring to Urinary Tract Infection then cranberry juice aids in flushing away the bacteria. but if you are already peeing blood bcoz of UTI then you better see a doctor. home care is not advice in that case.

I'm not a doctor. You can try cranberry juice, but with blood, this can be very serious including death. To be safe, go to a doctor immediately.

See your Md. If it was just pain alone I would say cranberry but the presence of blood dictates a need for an Md. You may need an antibiotic to combat the infection faster.

Forget the cranberry and go to the Hospital before is too late; this could be due to STD or kidney problems.

that is for a mild version of urinary tract infection...but go to the pharmacy and get a remedy (its very cheap)...I thought cranberry juice would solve it, but I was wrong and it got much worse after a while...
if it doesnt disappear after a week of taking what your pharmacy supplies, then visit your doctor.
Oh, and stay away from sugar, coffee and alcohol...those just irritate the bladder causing your medicine not to work...so make sure your cranberry juice os sugar free!
And drink loads of water!!

You need to go to the doctor. Not to scare you, but blood in the urine could mean a lot of different things, and can only be diagnosed by medical lab work. Fortunately, many things can be easily treated, but you'll probably need a prescription.
