.....It's easier than you think...

Everything you aren't paying attention to, everything you aren't right this moment aware of in consciousness...everything else remains outside conscious attention, or as you say, in your subconscious. If you have previously integrated it into long-term memory, then it's there in your subconscious - or, if you're focusing on it at the moment, then it's in conscious awareness.

So if you want to "enter things," then simply integrate them into long-term memory. To do that, all you have to do is think about it, relate the image, the fact, the event - whatever it is - to content already in your mind.

For example, let's say you want to "enter" a positive thought, such as "I have valuable talents" into memory. All you have to do is think about what those talents are and why they are valuable and what you might do with them someday. It will only take a few moments to do that, after which the thought will be in memory permanently. You can access it in recall, or you can just let your subconscious work on it.

Nothing New Age or woo-woo about it...just how the brain works.

You want specific things in your subconscious, but do you realize what effect that will have on you? Be careful about what goes in there, because it can cause complications which are not easily undone. First, you must understand the subconscious.

The subconscious refers to the state of control by the primitive mind, as opposed to the frontal lobe (or prefrontal cortex) where most rational thought and consciousness is processed. The primitive mind is responsible for maintaining proper balance in bodily processes and in habits/reflexes. It is extremely powerful in those areas, and balance is the only objective here. The conscious mind interfaces with the subconscious mind in an altered state or trance. Such states are achieved in many ways, including transitions between wake and sleep, driving or doing other automated/repetitive tasks (like the rosary or certain dances, etc.) and/or messages (including chants, messages, images, emotions, and thoughts), and focusing on specific parts of the brain and body in connection with these messages.

My answer first determine your overall objective and very carefully evaluate the things which you wish to enter into your subconcious for all possible unintended/unexpected side-effects. Then enter an altered state appropriate to the intended task and focus on the thing of interest with great emotion and as if it were real. Ensure that the affect on your subconscious is focused completely on increasing harmony, peace with yourself and with reality, inner strength, confidence, and efficiency within.

Absolutely!

It involves having a working understanding of how information is entered into your sub/pre conscious mind and the mechanisms that interface with it.

Please refer to my sources. The first source is an article describing exactly what you are talking about.

The second source is a free online book written about 'habits' 'perception', different states of mind, and different mental and cognitive functions.

Be peaceful on your way,

I am beginning to learn a process to do the same thing, myself. I don't have all the details yet... but I know it has something to do with a deep state of relaxation or meditation and visual imagery. I'll make sure and let you know when I find out more.

good question....
u need a lot of concentration, total focus and 100% effort
close ur eyes, and coordinate all ur human functions together, feel what u r aiming for, repeat it to urself taking the intellectual mind in its tune....so that finally that thing gets engraved in ur mind, and lo behold! u'll see that u even remember it after a good sleep!

this happened with me : i am a late riser, and i wanted to get up early in the morn for exam preparation
i simply did this for 2minutes(even lesser i s'pose!) and next day...woah! i was up at 4am AUTOMATICALLY!

so u see,...if it worked with me, its surely gonna work with u too

it would have been better had u told exactly WHAT u wanted to enter in ur mind, we cud have figured out a suitable way...

Use a tape recorder and say what you want to learn over and over again. You may want to say it in different ways, but keep repeating it. Play the tape while you sleep. I used this method when I was in college and it does work. Write it over and over again as well when awake a few times. This way you have processed it throught your mouth, your hand and eyes and mind.

Its an automatic response your selective subconcious will adopt ideas and facts that it can connect with its prevoius data . BY A PROCESS OF oSMOSIS . AS FOR TRYING TO GET THINGS IN TO THE SUBCONCIOUS YOU MUST REALISE CONNECTING FACTS THAT SEEM FAMILIAR WITH YOUR CONCIOUS MIND AND THE SUBCONCIOUS WILL DO THE REST

Sub takes over when you sleep, listen to suggestive things at night, study it, think about it a lot, it will become your reality as you become and act on new thoughts.
