Google Philipine government and go from there. Check US Immigration out and go from there. I am sure it is something that is done all the time and it is just a matter of following the steps. I have a friend who married a lady in Philipines and she lives with him here in montana; so anything is possible.

My brother-in-law took a Phillipino wife, and he married her there, then had to do a lot of paperwork, and wait a long time before it went through. I believe that he had to go there to take care of it. (He also had to marry her here for it to be legal here).
