What's the "white" accent? When did Hillary try to sound "black?" I can attest to the fact that there are a lot of black people who are more articulate than you are. People like you always have something negative to say. If Obama did not speak like the educated man that he is you would probably be the first to say that he sounds ignorant.

Personally I'm waiting to hear what Hillary sounds like when she give's a campaign speech in Iran to ole' Adenajad (AKA, Squirrel) If she were to wear her tight Spandex pants, wonder if the Foreign Minister would walk out like he did this morning?
Oh well, any voice that Hillary uses is like grating finger nails on a chalk board! At least Obama is coherent in his speech.

Because Obama's "white" accent as you call it, is natural. He isnt putting on heirs, that's the way he speaks.
Hilary should continue to speak the way she usually speaks, no need to "act black"
and @ Mandy Love a Black person cannot say "nappy headed hoes" either, and I have not heard anyone say it. Rappers talk sh-it all day, but never about specific people. Although Imus wasnt trying to be malicious, he said it.

Hillary has been criticized for using a Southern accent when addressing blacks. Who knows why since all blacks are not from the South. Obama uses the same voice where ever he goes... the same one he's been using for years.

"Black accent" or ebonics is nothing more then slang. No different the how a hick talks or anyone else who does not use proper english, its just a version of slang.
By her talking in a "black accent" it will more then likly be looked at as a white woman talking down to a black crowed. Turned into her being racist.
For Obama, hes is just speacking proper english...

I believe the press presented it as a "southern drawl" , you all. I think it made her seem con -descending and/or pretentious. Would you consider a candidate speaking Spanish to a largely Hispanic audience in bad taste?
