You can file a claim with Ebay but it's hard to get your money back,if you spent that much on shipping you should have gotten a tracking number???I've had a few problems but they were worked out between ebay and pay-pal and the seller. It's wise to only buy from people who use pay-pal,I've bought over 200 items so far so good,I've always gotten the product or my money back.Good luck!!!

Ebay has a contact email you can complain to... ebay likes to keep its reputation up, so that is why they have this email addy... it's almost like a little collection agency; they are there to settle things like this.
I had that problem once and reported the person to them. I kept all my emails in a special file in my email. I received the item about 7 months later, and yes, I gave that seller a bad rating. Don't rate the seller, though, until you've taken the time to resolve the issue... for all you know right now, the seller could be in the hospital. Also, be sure and keep emailing the seller. I will try and find that ebay contact addy and tack it on to this answer...
so hang on a sec...
Ok, here's the Resolution Center page... contact them and they WILL help you resolve this problem.

File a claim with ebay right away.
Un received goods is a category.
Happens all the time. You get the info on the sellers bank account and it's all fraudulent.
You would be surprised at how many people don't complain. Some even give favorable ratings.
Complain, but keep your feed back until it's over.
Then leave it.
