In ancient China, eunuchs who rose through the ranks in the Imperial palace had opportunities to get married. The high ranking eunuchs didn't just marry, they had a string of mistresses. Don't ask me how their husbandly duties were fulfilled, but their desire to marry and procreate remained a fact.
I guess a person's gender isn't affected by the presence or absence of sexual organs. The presence of male and female hormones also plays a part. Also, a eunuch's inclinations for a female partner shows he's still very much a man.

A eunuch is a castrated male. The surgery is usually performed early in their life, around the age of 10-12. Many of them were used in the service of Arabic, Persian, Turkish, and other cultures that advocated the maintenance of Harems.

A eunuch is a castrated male. So genetically it's still a male, even if some important parts have been removed...

Eunuch's are sexless males, because unless they get female hormones they would never be a woman.

I guess to answer this question we would have to decide on what exactly defines "male" or "female."
I would tend to go for a basic concept. If you have an X & Y chromosone pair, you are male, regardless of how much surgery you mave have had, or whether you were steralized or castrated or whatever. Likewise for the definition of female.
XX = Female
XY = Male
