Weird question. I know. But I don't want to feel alone in this. One of my nipples is very deflated while the other is normal. And when they become erect, the normal sticks out a bit like it should but the other one doesn't protrude or even get hard at all. You would really have to work at that nipple to make it do anything.
This is a very odd subject but I'm not being a pervert. I'm very serious about this. It's so strange to me and this was the only way I could explain it. Am I alone on this one? I'm a tall, thin male: 5'11" 140lbs, if that helps.

I am 5'11" also and 140lbs, and even though this doesn't happen to me, I know that it's not unusual. Everyone's body reacts differently to random stimulants. Sometimes, my nipples will not come out at all, but when they do, it's usually both. It could be that you don't need to "play" with them to get the desired results. Maybe try thinking instead. Anyway, don't worry about it, at least it's your nipple, and i'm sure it's nothing.

Hope this helps, sorry I don't now more on the topic.

i experienced the same when i was a teenager. it started when i was 11. they said it was part of the adolescent life, growth and changes happen in my body. gradually it stopped, it just got back when i was 15, but it ceased already. am 21 now and still alive and kicking. :)

Mine does that because the person is concentrating on just that nipple. So it alternates and then there are times both are aroused.
