well its working for me i have lost a stone and a half so far in 2 months

Only with exercise. It causes gas and bloating. I once sat a Tupper Ware container of slim fast, that I had drank, in the sun. After 10 min.s or so the suns heat caused the gas inside the container to expand and to explode. 3 of us got a Slim fast shower.

Maybe for some it is and not for others. I tried it for a long
time but never lost any weight. I didn't need to lose much, but
when I just gave up carb for a few weeks I dropped 5 lbs rather quickly. It is less expensive too.

Tried Slim Fast about a year ago. Gave me bloating & gas. Made me nausiated too. Maybe I was allergic. Anyway PureTrim is not really advertised but worked better for me. Didn't make me bloat or feel sick and lost weight pretty fast. I think you can only get it online though. www.marshall.awarenesslife.com

it works if you follow the plan like going hungry.
Then putting all the weight back on when you have finished.
the only healthy way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
