Easyjet has often good prices, if you book in advance, and British Airways lately has some good prices too. Check them out. Other than that, there are offers from travelocity.com or lastminute.com, or other travel agents, but those are usually a "package", including hotel, specific amount of days, specific schedule, etc, and I wouldn't recommend that. It's better to arrange your holiday as suits you best, because Greece has many different and beautiful options to offer.

The cheapest way is to fly from City Airport to Geneva with Swiss Air and then to Athens (Around 200GBP including return) and use expedia.co.uk to buy a ticket.
The cheapest and best way to get to Greek Islands is rent a car from Athens (expedia has many offers) and got to the port of Peraus and catch the first ship for the island you like. You will also need a map and patience ;)
