You are the thoughts.

"I" is the surface of a thing. The thoughts are the contents that give the "I" substance and existence. The thoughts make the "I" perceivable.

The "I" exists because the brain is aware of itself. Current conscious thought can reference past thoughts. This loop is what makes "I".

The words are an imperfect set of complex symbols used to categorize and describe how we perceive internal and external reality.

Yes, you do creat the very thoughts that you use each day to base your reality in.

Consider the brain a mechanical converter or processor of sorts as it turns the thoughts into a chemically "readable" program you can understand at the biological level.

The brains primary fuel spource is Sugar, like the rest of the body uses sugar, so does the brain; the difference is your brain is a gas guzzler when it comes to sugar as it uses a load of it while processing information.

You brain takes in message units on a daily basis, that fills the conscious and subconscious. Then it files this info away, but you are still constantly taking in more units of information ever second, even in your dream state.

You learned these thoughts.... It's been programmed since birth. Only the programming can be distorted and confusing at times, your brain will sort it out. It's like your own PC.

Born perfect.... but the minute you start filling it, it becomes corrupt if you don't take care of it.

FEED it good things, and you will think clearly.

Expression of thought is determined by experience. While most thoughts are processes of learned experiences, there are those thoughts that seem to appear as a result of tiny big bang explosions in your brain. These thoughts are difficult to form into words because they don't match any previous information received. I believe this is the Holy Spirit (or an evil spirit) at work on our subconscious. Once we are aware of the source of information to the subconscious mind we can bring it to work in the conscious mind.

Your concious mind creates worded thoughts and the subconcious 'brain' makes ideas and may put them forward, but all thoughts are based on past experiance.

It's actually a bit of both. Our brains have the ability to collect data from our 5 senses. (Touch, smell, taste, hearing, sight) but it is the education you have which turns these into words.
example...
You SEE something and the brain takes in the sight, your education is able to say "this is a bird, it is flying over the yard..."
