Yes, ofcourse, it ran in the 80s, like '84-'86 on NBC, and believe it or not, she grew up hot! I first realized who she was when seeing her on Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
You should Google "Soliel Moon Frye", that's Punky's real name.
My husband does a great Glomer voice too, haha.
I think you can get old episodes from either Netflix or one of the other ones that does old tv shows.
Did you know that they did a cartoon too?
It was a little more out there, because they weren't limited on the little guy's powers once they got animated.

My 23 yr old daughter still has her Punky Brewster doll. We loved that show.

my niece grew up in LA at that time, her last name was Brewster, hence, everyone called her Punky, Soleil Moon-Frye. I loved that show.

I do! I had her lunchbox and always asked my mom do make me pony tails like hers. I loved her so much that my mom used to call me "punky" in order for me to pay her attention.

you know what I loved about that show.. it was the dog, Brandon, and punky's explaination on the name. she got if from the actor Marlo Brandon. you had to laugh at the total over-the-top cute at that..
