Spiderman 3 will have everyone and their sibling there.
Lucky You will not have anywhere near the crowds that S3 will have. So you'll get to 'pick your own seat.'
If you are a Drew fanatic, or like poker, then you'll choose Lucky You.
Why in the world Peter likes Mary Jane (other than metaphorically), I have no idea. He needs to find a female spider who will blow his mind, then have him for dinner.
I personally will wait until a rainy day months from now when they come out on DVD, so I can order from Boogerflix or Lackluster.

Spiderman 3 is a must. Even though it is expected not be as good as the sequel, everyone will be talkinbg about it the next day or so. Thats why it is important to go see it, I have never even heard of Lucky you. If u watch Spiderman 3 then ull be able 2 share the expirience with others, as opposed to enjoyin the move by yourself, which is not certainly good
