watched a medical programme not long ago and they gave so many guys fruit smoothies and the other nothing and there was a big improvement on the overall health and strength of the sperm and it led to them getting partners pregnant after they had been trying for ages

No direct solution.Low mobility may be due lack of health or vitamins.Have heathy food and use vitamin supplements.Vitamin E helps.Fruits,germinated seeds,dates and gooseberries are natural remedies.Include them in your diet.Speman fort is found helpful(OTC formulation).
Indian Formulation MUSLI power XTRA capsules(herbal) are found helpful.
You can consult an infertility clinic as moblity affects reproduction though sexual capacity is not affected.

There are some problems that require surgery, such as hydrocele. But, there are some home remedies also... boxer shorts, loose fitting pants, no hot baths or hot tubs and less caffeine.

Dry dates, olives, warm milk, peanuts are all good for your sperm motility. Don't go for chemicals or pills.
