Well, I am a chemist. This is a good question actually, funny, but good. Our farts are made up of some CO2 (Carbon Dioxide), some CH4, (which is Methane) some H2S, and some others probably. Although, there might be trace amounts of N2 for all I know. Don't do this, but if you fart and light a match next to your butt, it may catch fire. Hope this helps.

just air (oxygen and nitrogen), CO2, some methane, H2S, and a bunch of stinky molecules like 3-methyl-indole, N-methyl morpholine, some thiols, everything depends on what you eat.
