using a leave-in conditioner/detangler and a comb is the preferable way to go. Brushing your hair while it's wet will cause breakage.

I have to brush my hair when it's wet, because if I waited until it was dry, it would never get brushed. My hair is frizzy and naturally curly, and very dry.
I've tried every product made by man kind to make it softer but it won't help.
Olive oil, using it as a hot oil treatment works the best for me. And it's natural literally cheaper to buy, if you added all the products up that I bought over the years.
If I blow dried my hair I would literally look like a circus clown. lol
But, for some odd reason people love my hair but, they just don't understand that's its hard to style it and have a hipping modern hair style. If they only knew!

I do because using a brush on DRY hair to detangle it hurts worse, LOL!

I have long hair and never use a brush on it. I always use a comb as I was told brushes break hair and cause split ends.

No - a brush will break the hair. I use a wide-toothed comb whenever my hair is wet or even damp.

No! I let my hair dry a wee bit before brushing it after I wash it. Because it will frizz if I brush it wet!

you ought to spray detangler on your hair and with a brilliant-tooth comb comb by your hair. The trick is to commence on the ends of your hair and dentagle from backside to precise. It motives much less breakage!

Not if it's just wet it will cause it to break off and be frizzy. Put some conditioner in it and brush it out.

No, dont use a brush. Too many bristles, itll break your hair. Use a wide toothed comb. Its much better on your hair, and actually easier to comb out.*

No, cause my hair is spirally (sp?) curly and I can't get a brush through it. I leave conditioner on. use my fingers, rinse it, and then just put mouse on it. If I used a brush I'd look like freaking carrot top!
