Why all the trendy white guilt and self-crucification for non-assimilating post 1945 aliens that have never done you any good?
Why are you so ashamed of being proud to be a white English or British

That's a bit mean to vilify me as a racist. None of you know me in p[erson- perhaps I'm actually very pleasant, polite person- quite dissatisfied being treated as less deserving of my wholly-owned patch of England than some Johnny-come-lately?

PS- Somerset is gorgeous. Drink Scrumpy and be a Wurzel!

I am not afraid of the BNP. As a matter of fact ,and as a former Tory councillor, I may stand for the BNP in the future. I am disillusioned with Conservative policies now. I believe there are too many people from all ethnicities here. We can not keep the door forever open. It does not matter whether they are native born British or immigrants. The country's infrastructure cannot take any more. And as for nurturing those who want to kill us , well words fail me .I am proud to be English and have fought for it( 22 years with the Colours),and to the American chap. I support the right to bear arms, and it was a bad day when the Bill of rights of 1689 was usurped. That gave us the English, the right to bear arms.
I'm not surprised at the thumbs down. Says it all really. Sad.

I have read the BNP manifesto and agree with some of their policies but the BNP is and always will be seen as a racist nazi party and will never rule this country which is a good thing. In recent times with the London bombings and the race hate coming from the muslim community they make it a crime to be white and proud of your country I love this country and I hate the fact that there more and more muslims in this country. I am proud to be British and I am proud of British tolerance but I think our tolerance which we are well known will soon run out and people will start to feel fed up with the mainstream parties and start voting for minority parties like the BNP. The Foreign Office is not fit for purpose and even John Reid does not know how many foreign criminals are on the lose in the UK right now it is just far too easy for a failed asylum seeker to 'disappear' for all the agencies to 'lose' track of these people who not be here in the first place.

I support the BNP who are growing fast in England. Just look at the growing numbers now voting for them in this recent election.
Not quite enough to be forcing themselves into the reckoning but they will continue to build on their existing support.

I am not racist because I like the Africans who live in Africa and the Indians who live in India.

I am proud to be English because of our language and enterprise. I'm also proud of democracy and belief in equality and this year was the anniversary of William Wilberforce and the Abolition of Slavery. And lets not forget the stand against the Nazis and other racist parasites. Many real men and women have died in Iraq and other conflicts . These had the right to wave the flag it makes me sick that a bunch of opportunists and Hitler worshipers display it . No real patriotic men or women spread such racist garbage it does not matter if your black white or yellow if believe in freedom and the rule of law and our traditions you are British!

BNP - racists, fascists and halfwits.

I'm afraid of their ability to appeal to the gullible and stupid.

I find their dismissal of opposing points of view laughable.

If you don't vote BNP, you're not a real man or woman?
If you don't vote BNP, you're a trendy PC follower?
If you don't vote BNP, you've been brainwashed?

Pathetic.

If you do vote BNP you're either a racist or someone who is too stupid to see through their lies. All their leaders have gone on record expressing their desire to remove forcibly all non-whites, their admiration for Hitler and his Nazi Party, and their disdain for and disbelief of the Holocaust.

I'm proud of what I am. A white, English anti-racist.

I can be proud of who I am without hating those different to me. Can BNP members understand that?

Interesting. I had lost all hope for jolly old England. But this appears encouraging.

What exactly is the position of the BNP on Gun Rights? As an American NRA member I am curious as to whether any Brits believe in the absolute right to keep and bear arms.

I believe the vast majority of people are afraid of the BNP simply because the media tells them too, It would be interesting to know the political beliefs of the people who own the media, seeing they are all multi millionairs and can live in the best places on the planet, (should tell a story)

I'm not afraid of them. They're just wrong.

And that you have to hammer away on endless emotional appeals about 'having pride' and not being a 'real man/woman' unless people agree with you shows even you realise that focussing on BNP facts and policy is going to be hopeless at recruiting support.

Emotional appeals towards political action don't work, because they betray a lack of arguments.

You're wasting your time.

Being proud to be English/British does not mean ripping off the niquabs of Muslim women in public and screaming abuse at them in the street.
It does not mean getting drunk on 23rd April and singing 'no surrender to the IRA' for 3 hours in various pubs.
It does not mean fire bombing mosques.
It does not mean secretly supporting forced repartiation for non Brits - then going to get a curry after the BNP meeting.

I don't fear the BNP - I'm just sick of their hypocrisy.
