I think everyone has the ability to be psychic. As we all have the ability to see ghosts etc.

The fact of the matter is that different people are psychic in different ways.....I for example see things in my dreams, my Friend will just go a bit random and talk about something that is rather bizarre, but later we will see something or hear something on the news related to what he has said.

I once heard that everyone has the ability to be psychic as a child, but when we are repressed as a child, and unable to express our self we loos this ability......

who had an imaginary friend?? What's to say that they weren't really there?? in fact I am going to post this as a question.

As for being psycic, anyone can do it, you just need to listen to your heart. thanks

Fortune tellers maybe, psychics no. Ever hear of a guy named Nostradamus? He's world renowned and then there are plenty in the bible. The book of Revelations is one big fortune telling of the Apocalypse. Just a hint though, most cannot use their gifts for personal gain or they will loose them, or worse. Getting paid a reasonable sum to tell someone what may be right or wrong in their life or guide them down a particular path is not personal gain any more than seeing your local shrink, which is what most card readers do. If they want a lot of money to see or talk to a loved one on the other side use common sense and DON"T pay them. If you want to spend the same amount a night out (dinner and a movie) to ask a question about your love life or job then go ahead, it might be fun.

I would say that one has to be weary of psychical claims for there are many out there to make money off the gullible and many frauds. But still I do believe in psychic ability I just dont think we understand it so clearly or that anyone can fully control it. For instance I have had numerous episodes where I just know something before hand. For instance when someone calls (before caller id or cellphones were popular) who it will be. Or some strange events my friend once called me and all out of the blue I told him that he and his sister had switched rooms in the house they were living in at that time (and I had nothing to suggest this in any way) and I was spot on with this strange random event. I didn't guess it just came up. This has happened to me on many random occasions knowing the content of letters etc. But its pretty useless since it is only random. Now this may sound like an excuse and it can't be proven in any way at all!I cant win the lottery or make money on the stock market. But through my experiences I want to make the leap that we all do have some sort of info gathering "psychic sense" but I dont think it is understood yet. And there may be other explanations.

Hugh Lynn Cayce, the son of the well-liked modern-day prophet Edgar Cayce, spent maximum of his existence investigating psychic activities. He gave an evidence for some psychic misadventures. i can't quote him yet can grant my gist of what he stated. the elect for interest in human beings is an extremely good urge. basically approximately as good because of the fact the elect to stay to tell the tale. while infants are stated in a house that doesn't grant usual supply and take, the place infants must be seen yet no longer heard, the urge is suppressed. those human beings strengthen up questioning no longer something they say is significant and no-one will hear to them. yet while they appear as if psychic, definitely everybody will clamor to hearken to what they might desire to assert. A feeding frenzy of interest. it fairly is to no longer say that no genuine psychics exist. It generally seems to maintain on from one technology to the internet in some families because of the fact they have been taught that's achieveable, no longer discouraged.

I'm not going to lie...some of them are fake, some aren't as experienced as others, and some are really good at it. You have to try a few of them out so you know who to go to. Start out with a $20 reading, and don't tell him/her whats going on in you're life. That's how you know if they are the real thing. Good luck and Best wishes!

Do you realize that every day you are given the FREE WILL to change the outcome of your life~ each choice leads to a different choice which changes EVERYTHING...

If a reading is done...it is usually what is seen at that moment in time~ how you get to the out come of the reading depends on which path you choose to take.

Even have that decision to go with one thing? and then later say...IF I HAD ONLY gone the other way...things would have turned out different.

Not all are fake...

not all are fake. some are real and if there is truly something that needs attention then they will tell you and very quickly. but yes you do have to be weary of them and sometimes a lil skeptical, but when you find a real true psychic you will know in your soul that that is what they are and not just trying to get your money

Generally speaking, most if not all "psychic" powers are non existent, hence anyone claiming to have them is a fake.

As far as fortune telling and seeing the future, these sorts of things have been de-bunked time after time.

Simply because the future remains to be written. Anyone can make a good guess and be right most of the time. It would have taken a genius to predict 9/11. Osama had tried before.
