Who knows anything about the "All Dry" basement water system?

I'm thinking about buying a home which has this sytem downstairs. It is warranteed till 2021,but I'd like to know if anyone has any praise or complaints. Thanks!

I am not familiar with this name but I have seen other systems like it. B-dry is one. These systems are a "trough" that directs water from the foundation to a sump that pumps away the water. Find out what the warranty covers, such as the pump and if the labor is included. Having this system makes a statement that there is a water problem with the home.
