looking at my flat tire on my truck and the person next to me saying
"Is your tire flat?"

This happened only last week. I answered the phone at work - announced the name of my place of work, and my name, and the person (obviously detected my accent ) asked " Can you speak English?"
What's worse, I have spoken to this same person before many times.
Another one - but wasn't directed at me.
I ordered a black coffee at a fast food place, served by a very new trainee. She gave me a white coffee, having obviously poured a black coffee from the percolator and then added milk. I told her I ordered a black coffee. she turned around and asked another worker "how do you make black coffee?"

I have quite a few tattoo's and I hate when people come up to me and ask me if they hurt. lol I always wanna slap them and say of course as$hole.
