if you want to go to bios settings...

start/restart the computer and keep pressing 'del'.... the computer will go into system setup where you can edit the option for booting from cd.
since its a dell system..there are chances that the bios setup menu might be passport protected..there are ways of going around that as well.

(if 'del' button doesn't take u to setup menu then try F1 or F2 or so on...i once troubleshooted a dell system...it took me a while to figure out the correct key to enter the system setup...don't remember that key)

hey btw better if you add more info. to your question. what problem are you facing exactly?..what error messages?

I don't know if this is going to help I would really contact dell for technical support. I would try pressing either F2 or F12 when the Dell Logo boots up. You have to hold it down for a second and you have to press it just as the logo comes on the screen If you are slow to do that it may not work so it may take another try

If there's "Load fail-safe default" in BIOS, try it.
