does ulta do make up well?

Im getting it done ther for prom and I wanted other peoples opinion...If anyone has been to the one in miami let me know, iif not just tell me what you think

yes, they do a great job! I have been to several in Texas. You have to bring your own foundation unless you plan on buying some there.
