Well done I'm very impressed you have managed to get a T reg corsa over 80mph. Best solution is not to go over 80mph because more bits will start falling of if you do.

First ...Where can you legally go 80mph?
Since it does not happen at acceleation or other speeds. I would suspect out of balance tires or cheap tires that are not rated for speeds over 65/75mph.
(Yes...tires have a speed rating.)
Could be loose wheel bearings, bad drive components/CVjoints or worn transmision parts. Even a poorly tuned engine may cause this.
Or something simple like a rubber donut mount/hanger missing which would let the exhaust hang more to one side.

As the legal maximum speed is 70mph you obviously fall into that category of person who should not be on the road.
Add to that an old vehicle then are you possibly an accident driving round looking for somewhere to happen?
Slow down - it it wont rattle, Save you money and perhaps a life.

I hate to respond to a question with a question yet did it rattle beforehand you took it in to get it repaired? If it did not i might want to take it back and performance them see in the experience that they left something free or what...and tell them it did not rattle beforehand...if that is something they left free or by twist of destiny something incorrect with the hot draw close aspects...that is on them to fix it. without really listening to the rattle you're speaking about that is totally confusing to say what it fairly is. Take it back and performance them seem at it.

i would have a bloody good gander at it mate, maybe there
is a bolt coming loose. You don't want it breaking off and coming up through the ruddy floorboards. It could be very
messy. Do as it says in the song. "get out and get under"
