Yes. Plan B was moved to be sold over the counter last year. A woman still needs to go back to the pharmacy and ask for it (it's still keep behind the pharmacy counter). She'll also need to show proof that she is 18 or older.
I just got Plan B about 2 weeks ago from my local pharmacy. I had to show my drivers license and it cost me $40.
If a woman is under the age of 18 she can still get Plan B, but she'll need to get a prescription for it from a doctor. A family doctor can write a prescription for it or even a doctor at Planned Parenthood.

You can get it at Planned Parenthood. I took a good friend just last year for the same thing. We went to the one in Plano (Texas). Be aware of some of the side effects and you have to do it within a certain time period. Good luck.

Yes, it is an FDA approved over-the-counter drug. Technically, they keep it behind the counter, so you'll need to ask the pharmacist for it.
