and which one has the most traditons and what hospitals mostly hire smith grads and which hospitals mostly hire mhc grads.and which grad is taken more seriously

I am confused by your question. These are very famous colleges for women which are near each other in Massachusetts. They are primarily liberal arts colleges although they do have some science majors, so surely some of their grads go on to careers in science and to medical school... But most of their graduates do not go work in hospitals. You should not have any problem googling them.
