Most airlines focus on Customer Service and your personality I'm afraid. I don't think it'll go against you though!

I don't think it should make much difference. Airlines look at personality and appearance of applicants for flight attendant. With a college degree, you should be aiming higher, such as for a position in management or flight operations.

Well, I'm pretty sure that you don't need a degree to be a flight attendant but, it might help. Then again, they may say that you are over qualified...depends on what your degree is in. Good luck to you! I have always thought that being a flight attendant would be a great job! :)

If they have 3 people apply, then no it won't but if they have 100 people apply and they say right we need to bring this down to 50. You'll get through on paper, but it will be your personality they'll choose not a piece of paper you have.
I'd rather choose someone with experience with dealing with people than someone who has been stuck at school for the past 4 years understand?

A college degree helps no matter what job you are applying for. It further enhances your edcuation background. I can tell you one thing...it certainly won't do any harm. Good luck with your application.
