Well ... You could send Tony and Guido over to lean on the owner... or (and this will keep you out of jail) file a mechanic's lien for the value of the services plus costs against the boat

dude you probably gonna hafta take the owner to small claims court and have the judge put an attachment on the boat.this will make the owner square up most times ,in a case of slick folks you may need to hire perry mason himself to get a lien on that boat. besides the bank probably is ahead of you.
get a lawyer if the small claims court don't work

thru the local US Marshall.....they will "arrest" the boat till the bills are paid or at least a bond is posted.......
