Many were beginning to to go to Washington games instead, but they suck too badly and Baltimore is slowly sucking less

Fans can't remove owners. Either the owner has to sell or MLB can require them to - the fans don't have any say in the matter.

Unless Angels sells the team, he's still the owner.
Unfortuantely, that means more years of crap that O's fans have to put up with.

fans can't force that. it's his business.. he owns it.
The guy is scum though.. and not just on how he runs the team.
