Well, i don't think i'll need 100 words for this... The Lankans just lost the world cup to Gillie's squash ball.. And the world got to know the ICC is the dumbest sports governing body in this whole planet. (i suppose aliens also play games?)

The cricket world cup 2007 was held in West Indies from 13th March to 28th April, 2007. There were a totalof51 matches.
16 competing teams were initially divided into four groups, with the two best-performing teams from each group moving on to a "Super 8" format. From this, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and South Africa won through to the semi-finals,
In the semi finals Australia defeated South Africa and Sri Lanka defeated New Zeland and qualified forthe final.
In the final Australia defeated Sri Lanka and won the world cup for the third consecutive time and fourth time in the history of world cup.
India and Pakistan failed to qualify into Super8 stages due to their upset defeats at the hands of Bangladesh and Ireland respectively.

this world cup was a very enjoying,terrfic and one of the best word cup there were so many records in this world cup malinga take 4 wickets in four balls mark boucher made fastest fity in an world cup gilchrist mad fastest hundred in world cup india became the first team in the world to have 400+ in the world cup match gibbs hitted 6 sixes in 1 over i think it was a terrfic world cup
