How hard is it to change the breaks on a 2001 Chevy Venture? I'm not very good with car knowledge but I am mechanically inclined......

It should be quite simple but check that the disks are not too grooved or warped.~~

Brakes are basically the same on all vehicles.... for the front you might need either an Allen wrench, Torx wrench or regular socket wrench to get the caliper bolts out. Then you will need a C-clamp to push the brake piston back in the caliper..... for drum brakes no special tools are needed. You can get all the springs off with a pair of pliers.
