I have stage fright too. Today I had to present a presentation in front of the class. My heart was pounding the whole day. Then me and my friend Sam went over exactly what I was going to do like 20 times. Then when I got up there I still had a bit of anxiety. After about 2 minutes I started getting into it and forgot all about the phobia. I feel really proud of my self. I hope you can take something out of this.

I myslef have stage fright, and dislike speaking front of crowds...
the best thing that you can do, really, is just imagine there are no ppl front of you, focus on what u r saying, u can do it, have the heart to do it, just go up there, do your work, and get off...first time is hard, just dig for the guts
good luck

Focus on your breathing before, quiet your mind and relax. Maybe visualize a relaxing place before you go on stage, it'll help with the jitters etc. Good luck :)

practice in front of family and friends first, get up on the stage with no one around and picture them there while you practice.
