Coz Raw and Smackdown are the ratings winners with all the big name stars.
ECW is like Sunday Night Heat with all the old has beens that want to keep (just in case) but not good enough for long term stints in the big shows.

ECW is only an 1 hour show because there are more better wrestlers in Raw and Smackdown.
Plus ECW is nothing like the old ECW. The Old ECW was more hardcore than now and it's was not with WWE.

ECW only ran for 1 hour before Vince bought out Heyman.He decided to keep the "indie" 1-hour format.The roster is quite small & Vince himself does the creative storylines.There's not enough going on in ECW to warrant a full 2-hour show like the flagships Raw & SD.

I`ve said this from the first day that ecw came back. The ovw is where most of todays stars got their start. You can start bringing up guys from ovw and start giving them a push on ecw. Then once they have been there for awhile, Then you can keep them there or move them to raw or smackdown.

It would be useless if they have ECW for two hours... There are less wrestlers there compared to RAW and Smackdown.

Well first of all they have not as many superstars... also not enough titles and also not good ratings because of reasons above and below!!!
It is not that ECW has no stars... It's that Vince isnt using Talent proply... I mean putting himself as Champion sux big time... they need 2 mor championships... the Tag Titles which should be coming soon and the Hardcore title... only defended in hardcore matches or anywere!!!

becouse ECW doesn't have as many people as raw and smackdown. If i was 2 hours, they would have to spread it out.

If ecw went to two hours, it would be as bad as smackdown is.

No. the purely way it will be 2 hours is in the journey that that they had more and more effective superstars. ECW purely has like 25 superstars and they favor to bypass lower back to the old ECW at the same time as everymatch develop into highflying, bloody, and severe.
