They further rationalize this stance by saying that women who have had abortions didn't really make that decision proactively but were instead coaxed into getting the abortion by a zealous abortion doctor who's out to make a quick buck.
I don't take that the slightest bit seriously. If you believe that abortion is murder, then the woman who asked the doctor for an abortion is as guilty as any co-conspirator. Don't you agree?

I'm pro-life and I agree.
Pro-lifers are often accused of hating women and opposing women's rights, so the movement attempts to counteract that perception by sympathizing with the woman and demonizing the abortion doctor.
I think the abortionist is a special kind of sick, but undoubtedly the woman should be held responsible for her initiation of the abortion.
