Out of all the countries flags, Japan's is probably THE hardest to draw. I mean, how are you supposed to get a PERFECT circle PERFECTLY centered, in the middle of a white flag??? But here's what you gotta do:
Get a white sheet of paper and a red crayon. Now, CAREFULLY measure the paper's length and width and divide both the length and width by two. Now go down half the length of the paper and then in half the width. Now! Oh, so CAREFULLY draw a perfect circle (IT MUST BE PERFECT!!!) centered around the dot you made in the middle of the paper. Then CAREFULLY color in the circle with a red crayon. This is a hard flag, so take it slow, but I'm sure you'll be able to do it.

The Japanese flag is arranged on a rectangular white back ground. In the center is a red Cecile with it. If you'll just scroll down to the bottom of your screen you can see it depicted.
