If you set up a SIPP will an employer pay & match your contributsions into that?

Ha ha ha ha ... you do know you can put your ENTIRE Salary into your SIPP don't you ?

(actually there is a limit - about £128,000 as I recall)

If you find ANY Employer who will 'match' your entire Salary, tell me immediately !!!!

To be serious, some Employers MIGHT be willing to contribute a fixed sum - or perhaps 'match' up to some small percentage of your salary eg. 4 to 5% - but I expect they will do that ONLY if you leave their (highly expensive) Final Salary Scheme :-)
