Let me guess - you're in customer service or marketing??
If you know you can't do well in the position, you should move on, regardless of why.
Be professional, leave out personal complaints,etc.. Someone out there will be taking your job, and had it before you, so simply move on to the greener pasture...

No. Find something you like to do that does hot force you to compromise your morals. That's what I did. It cost me a pay cut and a few extra years in school, but I am happier than I've ever been.
