A highly developed human being is one who has learnt to use the faculties of mind to its maximum. Most human beings while away their life never fixing a goal in life. Those who are early starters and know what they want out of life... fix a goal early in life. With all their eggs in one basket they finally thrust ahead with full zeal. They ultimately succeed.
The ultimate success a human being can gain is reaching the stage of Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed. All were man gods who gained enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha) in their lifetime. They reached the last stage of manifestation... the 8.4 millionth manifestation in their lifetime!
Having liberated their self from the cycle of manifestations... these liberated souls ultimately entered the kingdom of God (aka Baikuntha in Hinduism)... a point of no return! Becoming enlightened is the highest manifest stage a human being can ever reach. There is nothing beyond enlightenment one seeks.
It is the power of discrimination that distinguishes human beings from animals. Most human beings use their mind power at a maximum of 1%. Albert Einstein was the only scientist in the world who used his faculty of mind by around 4%. Every enlightened soul uses the faculty of mind hundred percent. It is only then one can have a dialogue with God on one-to-one basis and that too permanently.
Reaching the stage of enlightenment is the end goal of every living form. Right or wrong, yes or no... None can escape journey to the stage of enlightenment. Every living form at one point of time in life shall reach the stage of enlightenment. Every human being has 1.1 million manifestations to reach the goal (an earthly journey of 12.1 million years).
Reaching the stage of enlightenment announces that the human being has become absolutely free of all inhibitions. The soul atman within having regained its original pure pristine form... it finally enters the kingdom of God at the end of the journey. high developed human being could be any human being who knows how to manage different categories of people, who is experienced, a diplomat, who is educated, curious, self-confident...but i still have the dilemma whether the development human being should swim along with an actual stream or fight for the real qualities...

They are the people who are not affected by other happenings in this world. They are able to love all the beings equally. They are focussed on their task but they do not worry about the outcome.
They are at peace with themselves.
